Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend, singer Cody Simpson, are equally fit—and they’ve got the abs to prove it. In the “Slide Away” singer’s most recent Instagram Story, Miley (who recently turned 27) posted a video of the couple in her home gym. Miley is lounging on a stretching table, while Cody is in the background doing what appear to be squat jumps.

“We have a different idea of werking out,” Miley captioned her story.

But after peeping Miley’s oh-so-toned six-pack, it’s pretty darn clear that Miley isn’t always lounging when it comes to gym time.

According to Women’s Health Australia, Miley is huge on practicing ashtanga, a physically demanding style of yoga that helps build core strength and flexibility—and she does it six days a week.

When she’s not doing yoga, Miley is into Pilates which, yeah, is known for getting you super ripped. Miley has been a Pilates fan since 2013, when she began to take classes several times a week. She even installed a Pilates studio in her home.

Former instructor Mari Winsor started making house calls after Miley got tired of the paparazzi following her to the studio every day. Winsor told People their sessions lasted roughly half an hour. “You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can,” she said. “Just doing 40 crunches a day isn’t gonna do it for you.”

As for what she eats, Miley follows a strict vegan diet. In fact, she’s so passionate about leading a plant-based lifestyle that she even got the Vegan Society’s sunflower logo tattooed on her arm.

“By not consuming animal products over the years I have protected myself from preventable diseases,” she said, according to Harper’s Bazaar Australia.
